How’s it going everyone, I decided to write a quick blog post to talk about a new service I’m working on. I’ve just finished university, and the job market is slow, so what better way to make money to feed the family than to release a specialised service?

Enter (drumroll…) our new AI ChatBot Service for business owners. Here’s a demo of this in action (a quick video I made to showcase the service).

Why is this such a good service for your business?

We all know how impatient the world has become in this “quick-fix” society. Everyone wants a solution to their problems yesterday. That said, we’ve not got the luxury of being able to miss out on opportunities because we’re not keeping up. If you’ve got a business that relies on communicating your services, why would you want your customers to search through your website to get the answers they’re looking for when you could just chat to them and given them the info directly? I guess because you haven’t got the time to sit at a computer chatting to your visitors.

That’s where this service comes in. We’re living in an era of large language models or LLMs. The truth is that LLMs are pretty dumb. They’re really good at memorising information, and not so good at reasoning with it etc. That said, fine-tuning an LLM to interact with your visitors is a powerful prospect because the LLM doesn’t need to reason with your visitors. Rather it just needs to know how your business operates and be able to answer common questions your visitors may have. This is something the LLM is really good at – so let’s leverage that to improve our own operations.

How can you get one of these for your company?

It’s real simple. You contact us, we get back to you, we have a brief discussion on what you’re looking for and to see if our service is a match for you (and if you’re a match for us lol), and if it is then we can open up a campaign for you.

We’ll collect some important information from you so that we know how you want your ChatBot to interact and then we’ll go off and train an “adaptor” for you (that will change the functionality of the “base” model i.e. Chat-GPT etc) and once that’s done we’ll email you the code that you need to add to your website. If you need help adding it to your website, we’re able to do that as well.
